Mr. Palabrica founded SB Adventures in September of 2000 to help firms achieve their full potential while creating a sustainable business model that will result in long-term growth for the organization.  "We do this by tapping into the passion and creativity of the employees and suppliers of an organization.  This is often overlooked by organizations, and this is why many fail to reach their full potential" states Palabrica.

Mr. Palabrica has over twenty-five years experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.  During this time he has been involved in several patents for new drugs that he discovered, as well as global product development, sourcing/procurement, quality assurance, and logistics operations that have achieved over $1 Billion in savings.

He has published several articles in a variety of disciplines and has spoken on a variety of topics ranging from scientific to organizational development topics.  He holds an MBA focusing on International Business/Finance and Organizational Development and a BA in Chemistry.

Mr. Palabrica holds certifications from the Institute of Supply Management and the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management as well as a 50 ton Master Mariner license with a sailing endorsement.
